Havaldar Naval Kishore Martyred in Siachen Glacier

Himachal Pradesh, Havaldar Naval Kishore from Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, who was serving in the 7th Jammu and Kashmir Rifles (JAK Rifles), has been martyred while on duty at the Siachen Glacier. His death occurred due to breathing difficulties during his service in the harsh conditions of the glacier.

Hailing from the village of Jalaun in the Kotli tehsil of Mandi, Havaldar Naval Kishore was 27 years old. He had been serving in the Indian Army with dedication and courage. Naval Kishore had been married just a year and a half ago. His wife works in the Himachal Pradesh Police department. The loss has left the family devastated, as Naval Kishore was not only a brave soldier but also a loving husband and son.

The Harsh Realities of Siachen

The circumstances of his death highlight the immense challenges faced by soldiers stationed in high-altitude areas like Siachen, where the extreme weather and oxygen deficiency make daily life a constant struggle.
